Zeytursan's Sustainability Approach

Zeytursan is a recorded pickle manufacturer founded in 1983. Using sustainable agricultural practices, it combines traditional recipes with modern technology. It offers the most beneficial and most delicious olive and pickle products to consumers.

The olives and vegetables grown on these lands are considered the most valuable treasure in the world. Zeytursan has undertaken the mission of preserving the fertility and natural balance of the soils by promoting sustainable agricultural practices in order to protect this valuable treasure over the years. In this way, Zeytursan continuously improves the quality and taste of its products.

The success of Zeytursan since the day it was founded is based on the strong and reliable relationships it has established between its producers and customers. Zeytursan offers the best olive and pickle products of Turkey to the whole world, both with its B2B business model and its own brand called Berrak.

Zeytursan products, which are offered to the whole world, work to add value to the lives of consumers and producers and to create a natural and delicious world. We are progressing day by day in private label, contract manufacturing of national and international chain markets. We are proud of being one of the flavor ambassadors of Turkey in the world, with our products that we have exported to nearly 100 countries.

We adopt honest work by providing mutual benefit in all our relationships, approaching with good faith and understanding, obeying the laws and moral rules. We always protect our products by responding to the expectations of our customers with quality products produced in reliable and hygienic conditions and by standing by our customers at every step. In addition, we care about acting with the awareness of protecting the environment for Turkey and the world and transferring this awareness to new generations.

OUR VISION

By combining traditional recipes with high quality production processes and increasing our product range day by day, we want to evaluate our country’s unique place in vegetable and fruit cultivation through export. In this way, we aim to bring our traditional flavors to the world tables by ensuring that it becomes the most preferred brand in Turkey and the world, and by maintaining our steady growth.

 
This is achieved with environmentally friendly clean energy that prevents the amount of carbon that 106,666 trees in nature can absorb.

Zeytursan Meets All Energy Needs from the Sun

As of 2023, Zeytursan Factory switched to Solar Energy Systems in order to meet this huge energy need and started to obtain all its electricity directly from the sun. Zeytursan shows its respect for nature by meeting its energy needs with solar energy. Within the scope of the SPP Project, 3,200,000 kWh of clean energy was generated in 2024, contributing to sustainable energy use. In addition, solar panels on the roof area minimize losses due to transmission lines by generating energy on the roof and using it in the factory.
